No-Shows & Late Cancellations
We hate to do this but, sadly we must. We understand something happen but, not regularly.
All Late Cancellations (within 18hours) and No-Shows will be charged as follows:
As of 1st July 2025 we are implementing a
'3 Strike' rule.
1st time - no fee.
2nd time - $30-$40 surcharge must be paid.
3rd time - $105-$110 full fee will be charged.
